Worst bank ever! All they do is put hold on your money for no reason at all I cant go through a single week without this bank holding some money from me and I cant ask them why because they never pick up the phone. Highly recommend you put this bank in the rear view mirror and never look back!
Let me start by saying, I do not bank here - and I'm very grateful for that! I stopped here to use their bank machine, as RBC does not have one in Stony plain. The ATM started to blink and would not release my card - giving me the error message that my card was being kept by the financial institution as it had " timed out". I called the bank first thing, the next morning only to be told that my card was destroyed - without even waiting more than 2 hours to see if someone called about it. So glad I do not bank with a company who takes it upon themselves to destroy someone's personal bank card without even waiting 24 hours. WORST BANK EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
