Dealt with Ken, the used car manager. Been an absolute pleasure working with him. We worked through different scenarios, and price ranges / budgets. He really does look out for your best interest, is honest, and very easy to work with. You can tell he's been in the business for many years. Would 110% rather deal with Ken than the many sales guys in Calgary / Edmonton. Would definitely be looking at Competition Chevrolet for future purchases - looking forward to dealing with Ken and his team again!

After some difficulty with some staff, they still get a 3 star review. The service manager is top notch. I had extremely high anxiety after dealing with some service staff but she helped me relax and restored my belief that things were getting done. Write down who and when you deal with in service so you can recite it back later
I recently purchased a truck from Mark (and Leonard) and it was an awesome buying experience. There was no pressure whatsoever, and Mark was very responsive to my questions, and was very thorough in going over the vehicle with me upon delivery. I'm not sure how often this is said, but I think that they were very fair with my trade in valuation, and did an excellent job of working within my budget. Ryan in the finance office was also great, straight forward and friendly. I would highly recommend stopping by here for your next purchase...you won't regret it.
