During a trip into the mountains last fall the front end of my big 4 horse LQ trailer popped a 1 gap. Needless to say I limped home and then started the process of trying to find a reputable repair shop to take it to. The new big All Trailer Repairs banner in Stony Plain caught my eye. After a few conversations and an on-ranch visit with Landis I hauled in. They tore the front end open ... built up the supports ... then reskinned the aluminum siding. It looked like new. Unfortunately the 3m adhesive did not hold properly and the aluminum skin had to be redone. I also had floor welds on the crossmembers in the horse compartment redone and new silicone applied along the roof line. Again ... a new looking trailer! This spring when I began to use the trailer I noticed some give on the bottom of the aluminium siding that had been replaced. After a phone call to Elliot ... I hauled back in last month. The trailer was re-sealed and riveted. During this long process I have had nothing but excellent and courteous service from the gang at All Trailer. They stood behind their work and warranty was not an issue. They have become my place for any questions or trailer repair I may have. As a direct result of their 5-star attitude and work I highly recommended them to my friends who were looking to have some work done to their own horse trailers. They are as pleased as I am!! So ... if you are looking for a place who does reputable great work ... and whose people are fantastic ... take a look at All Trailer! They are #1 in my books!!
A pre owned class C motorhome was brought to this business for an inspection prior to purchasing. I made it clear that I wanted it to be inspected for water damage or leaks. They acknowledged my request and said they would do a full inspection on the unit. After inspection was finished they said everything was in good working order. I purchased the motor home only to discover after bringing it home there was a large amount of water damage that was hidden on the top bunk. I was choked and called the business to inquire why this was not discovered. Because it was winter they said they would send a guy out to reseal the top corner where the damage was in the spring to make up for their mistake and it would be free of charge to compensate me. Even sent me an email so I had it in writing.... Well I inquired in the spring several times and never had any success . Apparently there word means nothing and their customer service terribly SUCKS. Clearly there not thorough in their inspections and missed the one thing I had asked them to LOOK for .... this place was a huge disappointment and I feel totally ripped off. I may not have purchased this unit if I would have known better. I will never go back and I strongly do not recommend.
This company had professional staff, right from the receptionist to the service crew. I had an issue with my 5th wheel hitch and Landis went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for any type of repairs.
These guys did an amazing job fixing up the trailer and I would 100% go back. They even taught me how to back up and hitch the trailer, usually my brother does this but he was away for work and they were so helpful.
