My daughter kept telling me to try this amazing Dental office in Stony Plain. It took me forever to agree since I live in Edmonton but I'm so glad I did! The technology and customer care is exceptional!!The new customer gift and waiting area and amenities are very impressive, but they had me when they found 2 long term cavities that were missed by my dentist in the USA 3 months earlier. Their tiny tipped, "gets into small places" camera produced clarity of photos like I've never seen before.Dr. Gangji's gentle touch while doing 2 fillings made me wonder why I hadn't gone to a female doctor before and I appreciated her near painless technique for freezing!! And to be honest I enjoyed listening to the pleasant conversation between Dr. G and Yara, her assistant while they worked on my teeth. Nice that a work environment can be so relaxing!I recommend Stony Plain dental to everyone. It is well worth the drive!
I cant say enough about the staff at Stony Plain dental! They are all so welcoming and sweet, right from the moment you walk in - while youre having your service done and paperwork at the end is a breeze! Deb is by far my favourite hygienist I have ever been to, she was so informative and gentle with me it was incredible!!! Keep up the amazing work! And Kheerstin at reception is always smiling and so happy to see patients. My paperwork is ready to go as soon as I am finished, with barely any wait time. I absolutely love this dental practice, and will always refer my family and friends to them! Keep up the amazing work Stony Plain Dental, you guys are marvellous!
Ive been seeing Dr. Rashid for several years and have always been completely satisfied with her as my dentist. Now that she is at Stony Plain Dental Center, I can safely say she has found a unique dental team! The energy here is unbelievable and I feel so pampered! The welcome gifts and refreshment centre are super appreciated! The staff are so kind and I am thrilled to treat myself and my son to this adorable dental experience! Thanks everyone!
Broke off a part of a tooth in the evening and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. The staff was super friendly and helpful on the phone. Coming to the appointment everyone was super friendly, nice and professional. I was informed about the progress of the repair, I always knew what Dr. Ponsford was doing. Thanks a lot for getting the tooth fixed so fast, and professional and being so friendly even on this very short notice.
Dr. Ponsford has been so pleasant to deal with. From a regular check up to removing all of my wisdom teeth, she's always very soft spoken and gentle. Tara assisted and excelled at making me feel comfortable and explained the after care for the surgery very well. Overall always a great experience from when you arrive to when you leave. The receptionists are always very sweet and give prompt service. Looking forward to future appointments at Stony Plain Dental. :)
