I have no words. I cannot believe the terrible customer service here. I live out of the province and needed to order congratulatory flowers for my niece. I called this place. I said I would like the most beautiful arrangement, artistic freedom as I dont know what is in season. These people took advantage of an out of town consumer. The product delivered absolutely was not congruent to the dollars spent. I was very embarrassed. The flowers were returned within a couple of hours of delivery back to the shop out of principle. The shop still charged a delivery fee. Shameful and no service recovery at all. I dont think I have ever come across such terrible customer service.
