Went here for insurance on my newly financed truck. Was a young driver with 2 at fault accidents so I knew it was going to be high. Somewhere around $600/month they quoted me for full coverage. Still high but not financially unachievable for a 18 year old driver. Looked at my bank statements a few months later only to realize that they were charging me around $1200/month. Went in to see why and was met with the response "You are an 18 year old driver with 2 at fault accidents. You wont find cheaper insurance anywhere else so we suggest you sell your truck and get something older." Went to Go Insurance that same day and ended up getting full coverage for just over $400 a month.
I recently began working with Jennifer Brimmage for my insurance needs and has been such a pleasure to work with. She is quick to respond to emails, and is very efficient in her work. She was able to answer all of our questions for our new home insurance as well as condo insurance for our new renter. Her service was seamless and I would highly recommend her as a broker.
Terrible experience with this company. Financed my first car last June, which for obvious reasons should be full coverage including collision. They had sent an email to my financer that it was fully covered, and I was allowed to drive it off the dealership lot. 6 months later I was in a minor accident that was my fault. Somehow it was missed by 3 people through Drayden Insurance and Wawanessa that they did not add collision coverage onto my insurance, and I was not paying for it the last 6 months, so they would not cover the repairs for my vehicle. They demanded I pay for the 6 months of missed collision all at once, if I wanted my car to be fixed by them, on top of my deductible. I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. This isn't the only problem I've had with them in the last year, as another one has come up today (big surprise). A joke of an establishment in my opinion. I will be switching to another insurance company.
