Strongly recommend taking an extra five minutes and trying another registry in Spruce Grove. I had been warned by somebody who had to bear the cost of a lost $200 vehicle inspection but went anyway. The bad information I wound up getting from the clerk resulted in a wasted two hour round trip and a lot of wasted arrangements made. When I asked to speak to the manager I was informed it was the person trying to disappear into the floor at the next station who was already fully aware of the situation and had offered no word of apology, assurance that staff would be given correct information in the future or any other indication that she had any authority or desire to take any responsibility for her branch's service. If she had simply done that much, this review wouldn't be here.
This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The women that work there are just plain miserable each and every time I go in. Never a friendly greeting or a smile from any of them. I don't understand how so many women in the same place can all look so irritated and angry all at the same time.
Usually dont leave reviews on too much, but the staff, with the exception of two of the ladies, are terrible. The one women made it all too clear that she was too lazy to set up and allow me to write my knowledge test one day, and suggested I come another day. The other blonde women with the cat tattoo on her arm, has to be THE SLOWEST employee Ive EVER had to deal with in my life. First of all, I went down to have my drivers license number provided to me, and she gave me the wrong bloody number, secondly, I was attempting to get my license reinstated and I dont think she could have been anymore complacent and disrespectful of my time, its like she was high out of her mind on some kind of downer. I will be dealing with Drayden in Spruce for now on, they were quick, attentive, and actually knew what they were doing.
Was quite upset when I was put on hold for over 30 minutes today only to be told to call back in the morning because they shut down their computers before their closing time. So ridiculous. Just wanted some basic information and they didnt bother to help me
