I have been going here for a nail trim for my dog and it has always been good to come. My dog gets a little anxious in there but they are always understanding and careful with her. 95% of the time the nails are cut quite short (not to damage anything) and quite well which is good. The only downside I have had was anytime I have had a "Gift Certificate" has always been an issue and the employee working at the time never seems to know how to apply it to my purchase or account. I was there yesterday and was told to bring in my gift certificate back for them to try to do it next time I am in which is a little inconvenient. Overall I like this business. :)
Every service they offer is on point! Affordable, trustworthy and very professional place to take your pampered pet. I was unfortunately unable to finish their training class, but the classes I did attend were taught by a certified positive trainer. This is your one stop shop for your Pooch and Pony, I cant say enough good things.
Used to be the best place until Cheryl left. Past two experiences have been absolutely awful. Will never go again!
Really great experience at the pooch and pony. I got both of my dogs groomed there one of which is incredibly high anxiety and they did an amazing job with both. I feel confident bringing my dogs to this location knowing they're receiving the best care possible.
The staff was amazing a super friendly and accomodating with our anxious dog. They were calm and took their time to ensure that both of our pups felt safe. 10/10 would recommend them, and worth the drive!
