I would have given 4 stars when Sonora was well run by Courtney and Karen BUT the new young girl "AUTUMN" is super rude to deal with and my experience dealing with her was awful. Not sure why companies hire these types of people to run the offices. So from 4 stars now to 1!

Excellent service! We've had to move several times in the last few years, and this place was by far the best! Appointments were easy to coordinate, both Karen and Courtney did everything in their power to accommodate us. Moving in and out was smooth and we were well taken care of. Maintenance requests for things like extra shelves or burnt out lights were fulfilled quickly and without charge to the tenant. Everything was handled in a professional and respectful manner. As a family with young children, we really appreciated the convenience and understanding that was extended. Absolutely recommend Sonora Apartments in Stony Plain!!
