Reception is friendly and helpful. Fast and personable service. They answer the phone with out putting you on lengthy holds. They always call you back when they say they will. Great service from friendly knowledgeable vets. If there is a wait they apologize and always keep you informed. Wish I would have switched to this veterinary clinic sooner.
The staff and Doctors are great and very personable. Vets are never inexpensive but they do their best to keep your costs down if appropriate. Much appreciated by me. Strongly recommend.
The doctors have been so friendly and really take the time to listen to your concerns. I never felt rushed and they took time with my dog to make sure he was comfortable.
Love this place! It took me a long time to find a vet I could trust after losing a dog to vet negligence, and Dr. Rob Kyle has been a life saver. All of my animals love him and he treats them like his own. He's gone out of his way to check on my horses in their pasture when I was out of town to make sure everybody was doing good, and doesn't push expensive procedures or vaccines if he doesn't think they're needed. Unlike most other vets!
