Reception is caddy and rude in person and over the phone. They spend their time at the front talking and do not even say thank you, or have a good day because it might interrupt the daily gossip. Zero customer service. Reception can never answer a question and good luck on having a technician or vet ever returning a call. You wait at least thirty minutes on hold when calling in every time. It takes 24 hours to fill any prescription even something as simple as picking up a wormer. When you have an appointment booked you are still waiting at least forty minutes to just get in the room and another fifteen in the room with no explanation ie sorry we had emergency appointments today. I hated going there for anything and It took me far too long to realize I was a paying customer and there are so many better options for veterinary services. I switched to Meridian Veterinary just a couple minutes up the road. Meridian has been all around amazing to work with.
Have been taking our rabbits here for years, never had a problem. They're good, in my opinion, so they're going to be busy. Be patient, they love your animals too!
Excellent friendly staff. Very clean modern building. Very reasonable prices. I love my dog and they take very good care of him. I have no problem recommending these vets. Ample parking. They sell excellent grade food and supplies.
I have been going to this vet for over 10 years now. They are skilled, reasonably priced and some of the most caring people around. I have never been unhappy with the treatment they have provided. Their sheer love of animals shows. I would recommend this vet practice to anyone asking. They are worth the drive from Edmonton. Thank you Dr Wawryk and Associates for your amazing care.
This clinic reunited me with my lost dog over the Thanksgiving weekend. Kept her overnight, fed her, followed up a tip and phoned me ON A SUNDAY! Stayed there till I got there to pick her up and were very friendly. No charge, just a smile :-D These people are wonderful and I am so thankful. They truly care about people and their pets.
