Pretty descent but a little far outa town
First off I think they need different staff. The staff need to be trained better. They lied to me ever since I decide to go with them for my wedding. I cancelled a room two weeks before the wedding but probably be charged for it because they didn't cancel it on their system. Marion the front end staff was not very good. I booked a room and requested a third floor room got a first floor room. My family booked a suite and when they checked in they were in two different rooms. Horrible service. Will never reccomend this hotel to anyone.
Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Some traffic noise, and the curtains could have been thicker as the room was quite light once the sun came up. Breakfast was OK but limited options if you don't eat meat, eggs or dairy.
We had a quick stay, but it was great. We didnt get to use the pool due to our time constraints. The blow dryer in our room didnt work. The curtains (that needed to be closed due to being on ground level facing a road) were a little too long and therefore blocked the a/c so our room was a little warmer than we would have liked. We did open the curtains for a bit to get the air flow, but with 2 kids, it was very distracting to keep them open. We had 2 king beds, that were super comfy and pillows were great. Breakfast had a great selection and tasted good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our earlier check in time that we needed. We will stay here again.
