Ended up staying here for two years simply because there is nothing else as affordable in Edmonton. Its OK, a bit regimented, and everything fine until it comes the time to reclaim your deposit. I left in November and am still waiting for my $300. Just an update. Recieved deposit today less 3 hours cleaning (fair enough). 4 months to the day.
