We purchased a used vacuum from this business a couple of months ago. It suddenly stopped working but we were not worried as it had come with a three month warranty. Unfortunately this business decided go ahead and repair it but decided to our surprise NOT to honor it's warranty.We will never use this business again and would not recommend using a repair shop that goes back on it's word.
I've gone here a couple of times now for central vacuum service and parts. Prices are fair and service is excellent. Highly recommended.
I phoned this afternoon to get a repair done , I went in and it was completed within 40 min! Excellent service and the vacuum now works great. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a repair- thank you !
I would not suggest this business unless you would like to be taken advantage of by yet another repair man. I was quoted $100 less than what my bill came out to be. I was not pleased with how he handled the situation and paid way too much for the repair.
Was able to fix my vacuum in no time at all. Friendly. Would highly recommend.
