We have been taking vehicles to this location for 12 plus years for all of our tire needs. Larry, Chad and the rest of the people who work there are always courteous, friendly and always looking to save me some money. I would recommend this location for great service!
Robert had his truck's tires changed and your staff had to order a part which meant a delay until the next day which was a Saturday. Your parts department placed a rush and had the part and job done bright and early Saturday morning. Often things don't go as planned and Robert was so happy that Chad and Cody (I believe those are the name he recalled) were apologetic in their chatting about the delay and explaining the process, that he has told our daughters to continue to go Stony Plain Tirecraft as your service and pricing is top notch. Great having a great local business we can rely on.
This is the best tire shop that we have ever been too. The staff is friendly and they always try their best to accommodate you. Chad is our go to guy and he treats you with great respect. I would recommend this store to anyone.
This Tirecraft location is the best! You'll never find a better group of people to deal with. They have had my business for over eight years and I won't go elsewhere for all of the vehicles in our household and even my boat trailer. All of the folks here are very knowledgeable and courteous. I deal mostly with Larry and Chad but they are all excellent. I can trust they do only needed repairs and provide helpful advice on tire and wheel selection. The best place to go for tires and auto repair by far!!!
I have been here a few times now & have always found the staff to be very courteous, friendly and not pushy. The prices are reasonable and they get things done quickly. I have had no issues with the work they've done. I get a ride to and from work too.
